Sole engineer and project manager for a production multi-portal SaaS platform serving a leading Singapore rhythmic-gymnastics academy — public site, parent portal, coach portal and admin back office — replacing a paid third-party tool.

• Designed, built and shipped the platform solo — Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Supabase/PostgreSQL, Vercel — deployed in the Singapore region.
• Integrated HitPay payments (PayNow + cards) with GST-correct invoicing, idempotent fail-closed webhooks and a scheduled reconciliation safety net.
• Security in depth: Postgres row-level security, TOTP 2FA, tiered admin roles, authorization guards and a full audit log.
• Built an in-house marketing-automation suite (campaigns, flows, segments, CRM) and a block-based CMS website builder used by non-technical staff.
• Owned SEO end to end — #1–2 on Google for the academy’s core local terms; 150+ families, 6,000+ bookings and 2,400+ sessions in production, delivered remotely across a 6–7 hour time-zone gap.

• Custom booking systems, admin dashboards, marketing sites and product demos for small businesses across Europe — owned from requirements and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Side products built end to end: a group finance tracker (React/Firebase), a real-time task manager (React/Node/MongoDB) and an AI-powered Discord community bot (Node.js/Gemini).
