Overview

Bianka Panova Academy, founded by an Olympic and 9-time World Champion, had outgrown its off-the-shelf class tool. I designed and built its platform from scratch, launched it, and I still run and improve it every month.

What I built

  • Public website with online trial booking and a content editor the staff use themselves
  • Parent portal to enrol, book and cancel classes, pay invoices and follow progress
  • Coach portal with class rosters
  • Admin back office for scheduling, billing, invoicing, reports and exports
  • Online payments by card and PayNow, with invoices generated automatically
  • Automated email follow-ups after trial classes
  • Staff accounts protected by two-factor sign-in
